My insurance company recommended NuBilt Construction. Due to water damage, drywall repair, painting, new hardwood feathered in and refinishing of all the hardwood floors was needed. From start to finish with Peter first assessing the damage to Omar and his crew the process was seamless. I was very impressed with all the workers who worked in my home. They were professional, punctual, very friendly, respectful and took the time to address any concerns. I am very happy with the end result. NuBuilt was wonderful to work with! Super responsive and punctual and did a great job finishing my basement after a flood. They did everything from flooring to dry wall, painting, Tile work and plumbing. Planning to use them in the future for some personal renovation work! We recently experienced water leak damage in our basement bathroom and needed extensive repairs, basically a remodel with new drywall/fixtures and carpet. Working with Amru and Omar was such a relief. They understand how stressful and inconvenient it is to be down a full bath and worked very quickly to help move the project along. Omar is very organized, professional and responsive! During the process, working from home part-time made it much easier to complete quickly since our availability is greater than pre-COVID times. NuBilt provided remediation and reconstruction after a pipe froze, flooding our basement. The people we dealt with, beginning with Peter and ending with Omar, were friendly, professional, and focused on completing the project quickly and well. Our house flooded in March (all three levels of our house including bathrooms, carpet, wood flooring on the entire main level, trim, paint, drywall, and plumbing were affected) and at the time we were using a different company for the remediation portion of the project, and switched to NuBilt to complete the restoration part of the project. We are extremely happy our insurance company use them as their preferred vendor and made the switch! Omar was our project manager and he was EXTREMELY helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I had multiple questions and he was very prompt in his responses, which was greatly appreciated. We have enjoyed working with everyone from the wood floor refinishing-Luiz, Manuel, Adrubal, Yoseline, and Rosario; Hector with our carpets; Troy and Terence who completed multiple plumbing projects; and Miguel who did our drywall, trim, and paint.
