Artesian Bottleless Water

Our Surgery Center came on board with the Denver CO location of Artesian Bottleless Water back in September 2020. At the time we were with another local drinking water supplier, Rocky Mountain Water, and we were fine with the service that they were providing...so the truth is, we were not actively looking a making a vendor switch. That said, we were presented a compelling argument from account executive Matt Coady, along with his Sales Manager, Bobby Crawford, over a series of on in-person visits and follow up conversations, emails, references, etc. After careful consideration, we made the decision to give Artesian Bottleless Water a try and 4+ months later, we are certainly glad we did. In a nutshell, the pricing was competitive with what we had before with the previous service, the installation was timely and flawless, the billing process so far has been a breeze, and most of all we are very happy with the water, both distilled and drinking, that Artesian provides to us. A big advantage to us is that there is no longer a continuous need to replace and store empty drinking water containers, along with not having to purchase and store multiple gallons of distilled water as we did with the previous vendor partner. Now, with Artesian Bottleless Water, we are able to have a CONTINOUS supply of drinking and distilled water at our disposal. Also, the Artesian representatives emphasized to us and showed us supporting data that their water purification process is far superior vs. the competition. That said, what I can tell you for sure is that our team does feel like the water tastes better, and that's what matters to us. Lastly, as a business manager, I have appreciated the personal follow up and access to Matt and Bobby throughout our onboarding process, and they even stopped by recently in person to check on us to make sure that we were still doing fine and are happy with their service. I appreciate that level of service and that is critical to us in who we choose as our vendor partners. To this point, Matt, Bobby and the rest of the Artesian Bottleless team have come through on everything they have committed to by way of providing a high quality product at a fair price and backed up by excellent service. So I would definitely recommend Artesian Bottleless Water to any other businesses giving them consideration. I hope this feedback will help others in their decision process.
