As mentioned before. STAY AWAY. The reviews speak for themselves... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Genuinely a scam. They have lied to us several times, told us they called back several times when they never have, not worth even trying to contact them. They never pickup on time (if at all). Been told that we had our trash picked up, when we clearly can see it hasn't been. Several times. They have been extremely rude and unprofessional, and have no business being a company. A legit TRASH company. Do not waste your sanity on them whatsoever. The following people need to be mentioned as one's not worth your time: Daniel Harrold, Yuliya Shymchyk, as well as anybody else at this terribly ran company.

These people who work here are a waste of life. I have bags of trash mix with leaves and branches about 25 lbs each per bags and they refuse to pick it up. How can you be a trash man and cant pick up 25 lbs bags Service: Junk removal

This company is actually called GFL now. When they were Alpine they were reliable, but now that they are part of GFL they are the worst company ever. I've never dealt with a company this bad. We pay for 3 trash and 3 recycling pickups each week and we consider ourselves lucky if they come for half of those. They miss pickups EVERY WEEK. Our dumpsters are constantly overflowing and we have to call them several times a week to beg them to come empty them. It's absolutely ridiculous how unreliable they are. The worst part is that their drivers LIE about doing pickups so when we call we're told they already came by. Even when we send them photos proving otherwise, they still don't come back and empty the dumpsters that day. And because the company is desperate for drivers, none of them get in trouble for lying about picking up our trash.We've gone more than a week without either our trash or recycling being picked up and it's becoming a health hazard. The worst part is that it is near IMPOSSIBLE to get them to credit you for all the missed pickups. We have requested dozens of credits and received NONE. Not one! It's pretty ballsy for a company to expect their customers to pay full price for half the promised pickups.DO NOT use them for your trash pickups. You'll have to sign a 3-year contract and will be stuck with them. They give excuse after excuse and promise that things will get better, but they don't. We have been dealing with this for the past six months and it's still just as bad. We are in the process of switching and will never use GFL again. The new company we are getting is about 25% cheaper so with GFL you are paying a premium price for substandard service. I'm amazed they are still in business. Seriously, do not hire this company.

As all the other reviews say, this company has gone from bad to worse. We pay well over $1,000 a month for irregular and unreliable pickups. We are consistently overflowing and they just dont care. The account managers dont return calls and the poor drivers just dont have the support they need. Run for this company.
