        Dr. Ryan is a gem. He's taken incredible care of our 2 cats and 2 dogs. And when we got a terminal diagnosis for our cat, he was absolutely compassionate and kind. I love this practice and feel very grateful that I gave him as a vet.

        I'm grateful that i found this place for my dog Bella. They take good care of her she receives an injection every month and it has helped her so much with walking. Thanks to all the vets.

        Update: VCA reached out to me the next day and helped me cancelled my subscription. They explained that according to their policy, there is an exception for deceased pet. I am happy with the solution that VCA has provided. -------------------- One of our cats just passed away recently, and I was told that if I want cancel my care club now for my deceased cat, I need to either pay for all the fees which were covered by the care club earlier, or keep on paying for the care club until the end of the current cycle for annual subscription. So now I am paying over $110/mo. for my deceased cat. Shame
