I wish this location lived up to the reputation...The first time I ever patronized Buffalo Exchange was in New Mexico in the late 90’s. It was amazing!!! I lived in NY at the time and was so impressed that I approached the management about opening an East Coast location since there were such limited locations and mainly in the Midwest and West Coast. Needless to say- they have since expanded. So when I moved to Denver 7yrs ago I was so excited to see that Denver had a shop. Unfortunately, the Broadway location did not meet with my expectations. Arrogant staff tossing aside items daily was not what I had envisioned. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and those I know that “sell” there use it as a last resort. Pennies on the garment. I have not sold much at this location because of that. But have watched uncomfortably while people’s giant bags are offered next to noting and items offered for “donation”. I also know this business and have seen untrained staff toss aside real gems. It’s a showy quasi hipster orientated environment that doesn’t seem to appreciate the clientele. Also, on the buyers perspective, It makes me sad. I could always go to a Buffalo Exchange to get something cool- now I don’t even consider it. If I want tattered used clothes I’ll head to a general Thrift Store instead. It’s a shame.

Maybe get a better system for changing rooms??? They put me in one with just a curtain and one of the other workers just opened it right up while I was in the middle of changing.

Small clothing exchange offering gently used clothing at reduced prices. Picked up a Nike shirt for $10. Inventory is constantly being updated. Helpful and friendly staff is even more a reason to keep coming back!
