We recently had our first experience with Denver Highlands Urgent Care for an issue our daughter had. At around 9pm, the lobby only had a few other patients. We were quickly seen and were provided outstanding assistance for our little one. Staff was extremely kind, great about communication and overall helped us resolve our medical concern. Want to say a big thank you to the whole staff and would highly recommend if you are in need of care. Thank you!

I called Sunday night to see if they could help my partner who was in pain from wisdom teeth surgery (dry sockets) and on the phone they said they could check him out and prescribe something to help him. The dentist who did the surgery wasnt replying to us. We get there and the doctor told him they were too concerned about him getting addicted that they couldnt help him. It really sucks that the stigma around pain medication is preventing folks from getting the help they need. The doctor said he was inflamed and prescribed anti inflammatory meds, but apparently her computer stopped working so she couldnt prescribe extra strength ibuprofen or a mild pain killer. The doctors here should really have better judgement. Im giving two stars cause the person at the front desk was super friendly.
