        If I could give negative stars, I would give them -10. I can't even review the service because it was never provided. We paid a massive down payment and scheduled to have our turf installed, but the team never showed up to install it. I could not get in touch with anyone over on the ProGreen team, and when I did get a hold of someone (after 2 hours), he told me "well, sometimes our jobs don't always start or finish on time." Lovely. Then I got the GM on the phone, who had the biggest attitude and told me that I was being irrational and kept on interrupting me and not letting me explain myself. Overall, I'm fighting to get my deposit back because I don't support businesses that are rude, unprofessional and unethical.
