Budget Truck Rental

Reserved a truck over two weeks ago. Showed up at the date and time I set up the reservation for and was told they had no trucks and that this happens all the time. Awful, awful business and customer service.

1) This place is hard to find. It's inside the sears tire center. 2) They tell you to drop off the vehicle after hours, and they tell you not to drop the vehicle after hours. 3) I opted to bring it in the next morning at 10AM, when they opened, and it was 10:10 before there was someone at the counter. There was another guy behind me. 4) When we called the budget phone, it was never answered. They did answer the avis phone. The morning of the return, the phone must have rang 5 times while I was waiting. Overall, terrible example of customer service.
