Had them engrave names for a perpetual plaque and some trophies. They had exactly what I needed and I got it right when they promised I would, I think a week or less. I would use them again.

Very abrupt and rude over the phone. I was looking to get something I have engraved and they said they DO NOT engrave anything that is not purchased in their store. While I can understand that store policy, they can really work on their phone / customer etiquette. A real turn off for sure.

Most dedicated and professional engravers I have ever encountered! This is a special family business who have been here for 39 years! If you need some special gifts for family or organizations, please look them up and tell them Angela at CTK Radio sent you!

I will never go back to Busy Bee Engraving. ...15 Reviews..... (11 negative reviews & 4 positive reviews should tell you all anyone would need to know) ...... I wanted to work with a local small business instead of order this from the internet. I had a very small job to have done. When the female clerk came out, she opened with telling me that what I had brought in was ugly. I had not asked her opinion nor did I want it. In fact it was a beautiful Agate piece with a brass name plate on the front that my father had left to me. Dad never made much money but he was quite a guy & I treasured it. I wanted a new name plate put on so I could use it & enjoy his company when I saw it on my desk. The clerk let me know with her poor attitude that I was an inconvenience & I started to walk out (& should have) but I still needed to get the work done so I put up with her. When I picked up my item her attitude was even worse. The name tag was a cheap plastic & it was not centered. The name tag looked like something you would get at a carnival if you threw a ping pong ball in a dish. When I got home I definitely could not enjoy or appreciate my treasure & I threw the whole thing out. I will find a different way to honor my father but Busy Bee did not deliver value. They are welcome to my money & their “profit” but I will never go in there again. If you make the mistake of dealing with them I hope that you have a better experience. The internet would have been cheaper, more convenient & offered better service. I will still go out of my way to use & support local small businesses….. but Not Busy Bee Engraving.
