        A Touch of Class Tree Service came out to trim my two large elm trees and several other trees that were damaged from a recent snowstorm this Spring of 2024. The owner, Nick was very professional and thorough and did an amazing job pruning, communicating with his team & cleaning up the damaged branches of my elm trees! They look so much better and I know the trees will be healthier now! The entire crew did an amazing job and worked tirelessly for well over 2.5 hours working on the remaining trimming from the bucket, and cleanup of the many branches. They even took the time to clean up any of my trees fallen branches in the next-door neighbor's yard which was a big relief to me. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will use them again for my tree care needs and I highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for a tree care company that cares and gets the job done right!         Ordered for a Monday PM delivery. All day Monday went by with no word. I figure it's the Monday after a holiday, no big deal. Finally emailed them 8pm asking what was up. They replied that my wood would be delivered the next morning... when I was unavailable (which is why I scheduled a PM delivery). I tried emailing to say that would not work, but they never replied. Sure enough, they call the next morning that they are en route, and I have to cancel several work meetings. The wood seems to be wet and it does not stay lit well at all. Very disappointed all around.

        We used A Touch of Class today to trim our very old and tall street tree. They did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with. Even the clean up was flawless. David headed up our crew. Nick was our contact and he was so easy to work with and very professional. We will be working with this company again in the spring to protect our Ash trees, and fertilize the trees! We highly recommend calling Nick for an estimate. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

We did try reaching out to several times to coordinate an exchange of the firewood as it did snow on the wood due to the weather. (All the fire wood is out side.) If you would like to exchange your wood we will be more than happy to do so. Or if you did not like your firewood we can go ahead and issue a refund and coordinate a time for pick up. Give us a call at: 720-341-4420. We look forward to hearing from you soon! Update: 12/5/2023 Still have not heard from Mrs. Lynch. We have reached out several times to exchange or refund the payment. We still have not heard anything from her. But it would be advisable to reach out to the company first to see if they will do anything in regard to your issue. Before taking the time to post a review of any sort.This is really too bad because, we do strive to make each and every customer happy.
