        I was broken down in the middle of Federal blocking traffic and I called Metro Towing. The woman who answered the phone said she would be there in 15minutes. After 45mins I called several times and no one answered. Eventually, a man answered and said he wasn't working today and the calls get diverted to his phone. I explained the situation and he said, "if she said she'll be there in 15mins then she will be there in 15mins" At this point she was already an hour late. I called back multiple times to cancel and no one answered. I waited on the side of the road directing traffic around my car for 2hrs until I finally called High Alpine/Beto's Towing. They were there within 20minutes, I wish I would have called them first.... Never call Metro Towing, they will tell you they're on their way and then never show up.
