Dick's Towing

I called because my car broke down and they tell me they have a 1:30 hour wait and I agree to wait. I was waiting for 2 hours and when I call again they tell me that they have nothing scheduled for my name or my car. I asked them to come instantly and they tell me they have a 3 hour wait. Terrible service and they don't care to fix anything. They didn't even apologize for the mistake.

I am the driver that worked for this company that is mentioned in so many of these 5 star ratings. They have let me go because they did not want to let me take time off to care for my 1 year old boy whose baby sitter left this state for good, and my daughter whose school is closed and not old enough to watch her brother. I would not take any of these 5 star ratings that i was mentioned into factoring for your service quality. Thank u

I haven't used this towing company personally but very unprofessional. I just saw a driver cut someone off, made that car back up and drive in reverse to get away from the tow truck driver who got out yelling and waving his hands. This whole incident almost caused multiple accidents.
