        I bought a dipper in Jan 2020 and went to use it for the first time and wouldn't turn on. After a week of waiting I received my replacement. Have ran about 6 grams through it before I started having issues again. Here I am 5 months later and had to send the item back bc the charge light would stay on and not power up. Dip recieved my device 5/20/20, I have asked for updates through chat and have been getting very little help about my item getting replaced or repaired. First time being replaced cuaromer service was decent, now I'm very disappointed in lack of customer service .

        Extremely helpful customer service. I was having issues with a device I bought from this company and they fixed it within minutes, plus gave me an extra atomiser! Great products and excellent customer service!
