Its kinda weird to call a tire store exceptional, but I've bought four sets of times from this location for two different cars over the years, had summer tires switched to snow tires, and have had punctures fixed by them, and every time I've dealt with them, they have just been awesome. Highly highly recommended.

Buy all my tires here! Picked up a nail, promptly repaired at no cost. Great prices, compare them against anyone in town! (Pep Boys said they'd charge me $22 to repair the tire!)

Worst experience. Ordered a set of 4 tires and since they did not carry them the manager said it would be Monday when they arrived. I went to the stoe on Monday and no tires. Fast forward to Wedmesday and I once again drove to get the tires installed. Shae Gutierrez said that the truck had not brought them but would be there by noon. Because I had already gome to store twice, I simply asked him to call me if they weren't on the truck. I didn't receive a call so I went to the store at 2pm (2 hours after they were supposed to be there) and when I got there, there were no tires. I asked Shae why he didn't call me so that I wouldn't have driven all the way over for the 3rd time and he flippantly replied that " he was busy". Really? This is how Peerless prides themselves in customer service? I told him to refund my card and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I later heard him calling his supervisor amd tellimg him that they never even ordered the tires! Not sure why I prepaid $900, but the genius couldn't even process my refund without getting help....and he was the store manager! What a bunch of inept and rude people. Never even got an apology. I went down the street to Discount Tire and not only got the same tires for cheaper but got them installed immediately. And by the way, they will upsell you on the road hazard warranty for around $20 a tire but turns out the tire manufacturers already offer the same warranty included so they are scamming you in that too.
