In 2018 my elderly parents hired Federal Blvd Bookkeeping & Tax Service LLC to do their taxes for 2017. They did not get filed and my parents could not get a hold of them. He gave the excuse that he ended up in the hospital when my mother finally got a hold of him in 2019. He provided my parents with a copy of the 2017 tax returns and said he would efile them. He still hasn't filed them and we are unable to get a hold of him. As a result I'm trying to clean up this mess so my parents can get their needed refund but it's tough since we do not have the 1099s, etc.

Paul is very efficient and knowledgeable! I started coming to Paul when my long time tax accountant left the business due to health reasons. Best decision I ever made!

I would like to update my review of this business. I first gave this review 1 star as it did not meet my expectations. After months of trying to connect with this business owner with no response, he finally responded to me. It turns out he was dealing with a family medical emergency which put his business on a bit of a pause. He was also kind enough to extend a refund for failing me. Although I won't return to this business for his services, I hope that others reading this will. He will do the right thing no matter what.

Paul Ketchum is an absolute joke. I would give him 0 stars his google would let me. Unfortunately, i cannot post this review unless i give at least one star. He doesn't respond to calls, email, or texts. He doesn't even commit to SCHEDULED appointments. Because of Ketchum, I was forced to file a tax extension on my own. I would love to take my business elsewhere, but he still has all of my tax documents. After months of no contact or response from this joke of a business owner I happily reported him to the Better Business Bureau. I highly encourage you to find any other tax/financial "professional". The "service" I received from Paul was absolutely not acceptable. He does not deserve anyone business after what he put me through. I you have also experienced this similar behavior from Ketchum I highly recommenced you report him to the BBB like I did.
