We are longtime patrons of Okinawa and decided to order our Valentine's dinner from here. We understand restaurants can get busy, so we waited patiently while the delivery time kept getting pushed back. But then after 2 1/2 hours of waiting, the restaurant suddenly cancelled our order without any notice or explanation. In fact, it was the delivery driver who saw our order sheet sitting there with a time stamp from 2 1/2 hours ago and decided he should call us to let us know that the restaurant had not started the order, and they told him they were not going to make the order. Very disappointing that the restaurant did not think they should at least let us know, after the dozens of times we have eaten here.
