This guy is fantastic and they meet your needs 100%. Go there and have a wonderful experience because if you're looking for satisfaction you will receive it. They are very professional and want to make sure that you are satisfied. Don't be fooled by imitations Spas this is a real Spa.

The first time I went to this place the massage was good, though the room was overly warm and the sheet was scratchy. I wanted to try the place out again today, as it is affordable and I liked that it also included hot stone massage. I called over an hour ahead of time to schedule an appointment. The lady said yes they had an opening, so I planned on that. However, when I was driving to the Best Spa location, I got a call from them only 10 min before my appointment was scheduled. The lady told me "sorry but you can't have your massage until 4:10," which was another hour away! This place is a 20 min drive from my house, and I had driven almost the whole way there when they called and rescheduled my appointment. I told the woman on the phone how unhappy I was that I had driven 15 min to have them cancel on me last minute. She apologized but still insisted I'd have to wait another hour for the massage. I let her know that this sudden rescheduling was very unprofessional. I ended up driving back to my neighborhood and getting a similar massage for only $5 more at QQ Massage, which also has a better ambiance and is more comfortable. Due to this place making me waste a 1/2 hour of driving today, I will not return!
