EcoMark Solar

Stay away from this company. They will steal your money. They gave me three days to give them a deposit of 50% for $27,000 on 11/5/21. In January they informed me that they would not be able to install the system as promised due to building code requirement. I asked for my money back and I am still waiting. After over a month of frustration dealing with these folks I still didn't have my money back so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. My credit card company reversed the charge but now there is a hold on my card until these yahoos respond and of course I still dont have my money back in my bank account. They want their down payment in three days but apparently have zero regard for refunds. If you value your hard earned money stay away from these crooks

From the onset consultation to final install Daniel Briggs and his team provided nothing less than perfection throughout this process. Dan and his team at EcoMark has been very responsive, transparent about the process, and easy going. We are happy to have had a Senior Project Coordinator such as Dan to oversee our project. Thank you Dan! S/O to Amber Rose!! From the initial consultation, she kept me engaged while educating me on Solar. After that consult, we had to purchase with EcoMark. Thank you Amber! Jake & Allysa both exemplified awesome customer service. I recommend using EcoMark for Solar!!

Went on real fast, only problem is inspections and waiting on Public Service to install there stuff. Not working yet installed about 2 weeks ago, now the wait and drag from inspections, wait on Public service to install there stuff, wait and wait some more 12/21/18 Now something has broke as was told by A Eco Mark, saying it will be almost 2 weeks to get repaired as this is totally UNACCEPTABLE , $17,000 SETTING HERE DEAD ON MY ROOF, COSTING ME ELECTRICITY, THIS IS NOT THE WAY A COMPANY RUNS THERE BUSINESS

with the help of ecomark my utility bill has gone up.. the customer service is useless and if there are disconnects it is up to the customer to call them because they do not have any monitoring set up.... if you don't have ecomark for solar do yourself a favor and keep it that way...
