Moxie Solar

We have had many issues with Moxie solar in Louisville, Colorado. Many work delays (it took triple the amount of time quoted for our panels to get installed), our solar panels were installed on our neighbors roof, and I have been calling since October to address issues with the app to show our system is working properly. I have left many messages and no one calls me back. This is the worst company I have ever done business with.

Great, until after install and now radio silence. They gave me a good price, got it installed and got the necessary permits, and now I don't even know if my system is on and they will not respond to my emails or phone calls. Super frustrating - I don't even know if what I'm paying for is active!

I worked with Keith and Moxie Solar in Denver to get our solar panels installed in June of 2019. Keith was extremely friendly and very accommodating during the process. We went from paying over $120 per month in electricity to being locked in to $79 per month with our solar payment. We couldnt be happier! Panels were installed within two months of us signing with Moxie. They handled everything. Longest part of the process was waiting on xcel to cone install meter. We would highly recommend Moxie Solar to anyone in the Denver area looking to go solar. Thank you Moxie!

Had system set up for install then there was a lack of communication from our Moxie project manager. Called a few times and emailed several others to find out what the hold up was. Signed up with Moxie in Late July or early August. In November we were still waiting for our system to be installed. Was told that our system would be installed by the end of October. After a few phone calls we were told that they were waiting on construction permit from our County. When we called our county we were told that Moxie had not even applied for the permit that Moxie said we were waiting on. Then I received an email telling me that their local installers in our area went out of business and with Covid related issues they were having a hard time getting the material. It would be a quite longer wait for the install. Hard to believe this considering Moxie being a large company. We did have all financing in place as well. Cancelled the entire project after being lied too about the permit we were supposed to be waiting on. I dont have time for a company lying to me about the process. I would not recommend Moxie Solar for anyone that does not live close to their home operation. I absolutely did feel that they were a very professional and good company to deal with but was left greatly disappointed.
