Huge flaw in your system. I worked for a dispensary that used your program. Ive since left and am trying to apply to jobs in the same field that unfortunately use your same system. Now I cant use my email to sign into Wurk to apply to these jobs bc the application process is run thru you and it would seem my old employer has a lock on it. I called your customer support and was told I cant be helped bc Im not an admin or w/e verbiage she used. Refused any help in the very slightest! She did say I could call my old job to have them unlock it which is laughable. Fix this issue asap bc its keeping me from finding work.

I have been utilizing the Wrk system since Aug 22 when I started a new position. It was so easy to navigate that I basically taught myself. More than that, their support team is excellent! They work with you until a resolution that actually works for you is found.

Wurk will do whatever they can to make their clients happy with the resources offered. They keep on evolving for the betterment of their clients. Still the best customer service of all payroll vendors I have worked with in my 25+ year career in payroll/benefits and total rewards

I am a Wurk employee. Prior to joining Wurk I started and managed two business with multiple locations, so I'm familiar with payroll companies from the employer side. Since my tenure with Wurk, I have been pleased with not only how the company is ran, but also the priority they give to client satisfaction. There is an earnest effort to exceed clients expectations and deliver the most value possible. If there was one payroll company I had to work for, it would be Wurk. I see a few of negative comments from end-users (most issue involve logging in), but it is not reflective of Wurk as a Payroll provider. Again, I'm an employee and providing this review as my own personal opinion.
