Thank you sooooo much Tuff Shed, and particularly Chris Morris, who has been our representative throughout our entire project. Chris is absolutely amazing...Chris has stayed with us through all of our questions, and has always been patient, kind, and very easy to contact/talk to. We never had a worry with Tuff Shed and Chris on the job. Thank you sooooooo much Tuff Shed, and again, Chris...for making our humble little dreams come true. I will recommend you to everyone I know. Let me start by saying my experience with Tuff Shed started off good but went down hill as the months passed. I experienced reschedule issues and shed build with no roof shingles. I talked with several people to no resolution. The sad part was I had to contact the CEO to get my issues resolved. Once I did that the experience was great and immediate action was taken. The end result was my shed completed 100%. The trouble I had was compensated. Let me add, that the VP's I talked with were very understanding and took ownership. So my rating is five for Corp but low for TUFF SHED.

Doesn't return phone calls and they only have one person installing the sheds and to fix the sheds some Doesn't keep his appointments either
