I work as an investor purchasing many homes a year. I've worked with Rob for years now and never have a trusted a contractor more than I do Rob. He has worked with me to get me out of some very sticky situations with underhanded sewer repairmen and numerous other situations too. His values and trustworthiness are top notch. I had just moved in to my home a few days before Memorial Weekend. Prior to moving in I had a very expensive local plumbing company with a fancy van fleet come out and snake my lines. We were not in the house a week and already toilets were backing up. I called the overpriced plumber who honored the guarantee and they sent the same guy who after an hour came out all sweaty in his fancy shirt and slacks claiming he can't access the drain and I need to call someone else who will do it through the vent stack on the roof, he left me with no recommendations and my toilet in the middle of the floor. Needless to say I was in a total panic the day before a holiday and a stranded toilet on my floor. I found Rob who came that day, and spent hours fixing the issue that in the end required several visits. I was impressed by his knowledge, his questions regarding what the other "plumber" did or did not do and why he gave up. He installed clean-outs in my front yard for 1/3 the cost of the "other rooter guy" quoted me. He taught me never to hire a plumber to do sewer and drain work ;) . He has since been over several other times, (install tankless water heater, run gas line, fix sprinkler line) we even have coffee and chat about life. My family is a customer for as long as he keeps working, I refer him any chance I get! He is a craftsman of the past, knowledgable, friendly, caring and genuine. He is not happy until he has done everything to make it right.

Rob came recommended by a colleague and has been very professional and prompt for all of our jobs. I love that he is willing to accept calls from our tenants directly for plumbing related questions and takes the initiative to double check his work if any concerns are made. I look forward to working with Rob for future repairs and drain cleaning services.
