        I dig this place. The customer service woman is great and it works. The only thing is the hours could be longer or they could let those of us that rent space there have longer access hours.

        This is my favorite storage facility I've used. Skip the franchises, this is a small business that delivers with what's important to me. Reasonable rents, friendly professional staff, office always staffed during posted hours, e-mail's when hours are changing for holiday's or events. Secure, indoor spaces, and easy access to downtown.

        Still waiting on a refund for a payment they "claimed" wouldn't post but did. Today is day 5. Would NOT recommend. *UPDATE* I FINALLY received my money back and it was $25 LESS than what I paid. What a shock, NOT. I paid $132.80, not $107. Refund the rest of my money ASAP.

        THE LATE FEES ARE RIDICULOUS!! OBVIOUSLY FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IS ONE OF MANY REASONS SOME HAVE A STORAGE!!!! The late fees can triple the actual rent amount sometimes, it's insane!

        This place has been a disaster from the moment we won the storage in an auction! I will NEVER buy another storage from them or rent from this facility their customer service is absolutely horrible and theyre unfair and lie with their business practices but then tell you its in your contract! They only care about making profit not anything else, they should take lessons for SmartStrage they know what theyre doing.

      Hi Nic! I do not show that you have a storage unit at our facility. Is it possible that you left this review at the wrong facility? We are located at 6th and Broadway downtown. If this is the case, we would appreciate you editing your review as we are a small business and every review matters to us! If you are a tenant at our facility, we would love the opportunity to make this right. Our late fee is only $5.00 and charged on the 11th of the month, which provides a 10 day grace period to get the payment in. I would be happy to refund the late fee on your account if you would like to give me call....303-573-6464!
