NO SHOW! I made an appointment for junk removal and the person I spoke to on the phone confirmed the time, address, phone number and said they’d call when they were on their way. No one called or showed up and when I called them back the person I spoke to - a different person, who was not all all considerate of the inconvenience and had other questions not asked on the first call and wanted photos etc. Said they could send someone but it would be a while (undefined period of time). Going with someone else - I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with them.

If I could give these guys more stars I would. They were excellent in all ways! We had a storage unit that had mice and we had to get rid of a lot of our stuff.They were very easy to get on the phone and were flexible with their scheduling. Their pricing is very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would and were so nice and patient as we were indecisive about getting rid of some things. They recycle or donate everything that they can, keeping things out of the landfills that don't need to go there. They helped get the heavy stuff out of the storage unit also. My daughter and I could not have done this by ourselves. I highly recommend them!

ProJunk did an amazing job today. I called yesterday in a panic with a move that created a pile of trash. They were amazing. Fast, friendly, helpful and professional. I will certainly use them again since I am a realtor and help with lots of moves after selling a home. Thanks ProJunk, you saved the day.
