I am a Realtor of 20 years in the Denver Metro area and have dealt with every type of contractor on every type project large and small. Mostly I have dealt with a lot of hit and miss contractors out there so I don't take lightly reviews and contractor referrals. Given my recent experience with Don Williams owner of American Premier Exteriors I felt compelled to write a review! I had some challenging needs and time frames on a particular project and was feeling like I might not be able to find someone that could meet all the needs while also being honest about what could or could not be done up front. This project was going to affect buyers and sellers alike depending on the outcome. Right from the beginning Don brought industry knowledge, professionalism and honesty to our conversation! Truly refreshing, given the current challenge of trying to find good contractors to work with. He exceeded my expectations and buyer and sellers closed happily and on time!! Thanks again Don!
