Worst experience ever! If I could give zero stars I would. Took almost a year to get any work done after taking 50% of the money upfront. Terrible service and not responsive…oh unless he wants more money. Stephen Johnson is unprofessional and takes advantage of people. Save yourself the frustration and use another company!

We contracted with Home Improvement Inc. (Stephan Johnson) last August to replace driveway & sidewalks as well as installing a French drain, a handrail, some gutters & caulk a joint where exterior side walls meet and add a gutter. The driveway & sidewalks were completed in late October but the remaining work was not. $2000 was withheld from the payment but the cost of the remaining work was about $4000 to $5000. I was able to leave 1 message about 6 weeks ago but received no response. Now when trying to call, the voicemail is full and no message can be left.

I've read multiple stories of him stealing money from multiple clients and never doing the work, or refunding the deposits. so my question is why or how is he not in jail....?

I did not have a good experience with this company. If I could do it all over i would go with a different company and spare myself the headache.
