Tim Hilgert was the man we worked with he was extremely professional explaining what work would be accomplished by their crew and the was our advocate with the insurance company. Thank goodness, as it turned out our insurance company was difficult to work with on several issues . I spoke to them one time , and wasn’t happy with the information our agent gave us. I called Tim and without hesitation took on the insurance company and got another inspection, which ended up taking care of everything except my deductible. I worked with Destiny Ortiz and the process was seamless from beginning to end! Following some hail damage, my roof was replaced quickly and professionally. two different inspections, one by Priority indicated hail damage on my 16 year old roof in Boulder, CO Dawn Rodarte was the contractor and assisted me on all aspects of the job (inspection, insurance claim, adjuster's report and estimate, materials, scheduling, etc.). She was experienced, knowledgeable and explained things in very understandable terms, and scheduled everything to meet my needs. Priority roofing was our primary choice of three contractors for our residential home. They were able to coordinate an insurance claim with zero problems for two buildings on my property. The roof looks great and the clean up job afterwards was to satisfaction as well. It only took one sales meeting, the actual build day, and one brief post-build meeting for payment to get the whole job done. They also went above and beyond by making minute detail changes to the layout of the vents on our roofs which we had requested, and provided extra paint at no charge (we asked for it so we could match our swamp cooler color to the rest of the vents). The best part was that they were able to provide a deductible discount to reduce our out of pocket costs! Services: Loft ventilation, Roof installation
