    We bought a dough sheeter from this place a couple months ago. After a month use it the stop button stopped working. The equipment came with a 120 day warranty. We have made several calls for someone to come out and fix it and nobody shows up after being scheduled! This is horrible customer service and we will not be back! I would not recommend this place!

    If you are looking for new or used appliances this is the place to start your shopping. They offer warranty on everything. I dealt with Nate and he answers all questions and gave us incredible an a fridge and fryer as well as some other utensils. They are better than anywhere else we had shopped. They are a family owned business and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed with their service. The office staff was incredible, with smooth transition & delivery.

    I would but new equipment here maybe again, the guys are very nice but they dont follow through with much and its infuriating and unprofessional. Theyll tell you theyll hook equipment up for you but they wont. Some of their used equipment is ok, some is totally trashed, so I guess what Im saying is just make sure you know exactly what youre getting before you get it. We paid almost the same for a used 60 bottle cooler as we would have for a new one and the drawer doors were separated so much that they wouldnt even close. Our ice maker has some broken pieces that we have asked to get replaced for the last several visits to no avail. The most frustrating ordeal is that theyve ghosted me for weeks until I have to drive there to talk to someone about why the technician didnt show up once again to install our walk in compressor or why it isnt done 2 months after spending over $50k with this company. I really think they have good hearts and thats why Im giving them 2 stars but to say the experience with them has been lackluster would be a gross understatement :/

    I give them 5 stars. Here is my experience of doing business with them, I want to share you. At the beginning I stoped to DRE, the guy was on phone and tried to signal me wait for him a little bit. I asked him for looking around and I was so so happy thats finally I found the store which has the most of equipment I need for starting my business. Then, he came to me after his call and I asked for the rotating oven and many others equipment. I also so surprised when he told me he also build walking freezer and fridge that in my business plan when we will build our shop from the ground up. I was patient for waiting my first equipment delivered, and got little upset because of late. But, after all things I got, they had solutions that me make happy. Oscar, the manager, he is so quickly to solve the problem and I like the way he works. He noticed me the exactly time when he left and the time arrival and met the promises. I love how he works. Thats all I need for getting a long with this business in the future as working professional. Also, they have a really hard coworker. His name is Daniel, hes technician. He worked really hard to finish as soon as possible the fixing and I appreciate him a lot. I read some bad reviews about them. I understand why they got that. But as I said, if you go there, try to patience a little bit, the final result that they will make you happy. I believe under their manger, Oscar, and their technician, Daniel, you will not disappointed to do business with them. I am sure I will be back to get more and more equipment for my restaurant business. 5 stars for Denver Restaurant Equipment.
