I would be extremely weary about the communication and recruiting tactics of this company. After what happened in my first placement it has become a Back-and-forth Of arguing about who said what to whom. I feel completely gaslit because they have in writing that I accepted a permanent position. I was terminated from the position. It was not a good fit for me either but the firm stated a few things that were out lunches and untrue about why they let me go. Theres no recourse or any trust in the person they place. They dont listen to any feedback from the employee. I was overqualified for the position but I of course always try my best. Because of this I was told by LMS that they could not place me anymore. I burned my bridge with my last temp agency because I left with only a day notice at the encouragement of an employee at LMS. I shouldve gone with my gut and refused. I wouldve still been working At a place that I enjoyed and I was valued and have a steady paycheck. Instead I was told too bad so sad. That I was told by several people what temp to perm end. I know what it means, I wasnt told him to perm by then I was told temp to perm once I took the job! Just because it wasnt a good fit for me doesnt mean it will not be a good fit for others. However theres good and bad to every company and I want to share my pretty horrible experience with them.
