The resume they created for me helped me get my current position. Jason recently reached out to me as he had a short-term consulting project for one of his clients that he thought I could add value to. Having worked in HR for several years I have worked with dozens (if not hundreds of recruiters). Most recruiters have a similar work style but, not Jason Hill & Sound Advice. Jason is the best recruiter I've ever worked with. He knows how to break down the needs of a requirement, understand what is needed for success in a role, and then finds/presents fantastic talent - consistently. I truly love everything about Jason but the way he and his team communicate is top notch and greatly appreciated!
