I had a rental house I did not want to fix up, I just wanted to get rid of it.  I showed the property on Monday and closed the following Friday morning. We started out using someone else who said that they were going to buy our home. Not once did they say anything about investors and they kept trying to change the price. I called HomeVestors and Paul literally saved us. We were buying another home at the same time using the money from this sale. He was honest and very up front with us. Even if the other guy would've came through with a little bit more money, I still would've gone with Paul. His honesty and integrity is how business should be done.
