My experience with Jeff was absolutely incredible. He made my home buying and home selling experience feel like I was going through it with a friend, not a salesmen. I recommend him to all my friends and family. He wants whats best for you and will do what it takes to make you happy in the end. And to top it off, the level of humility he has is second to none. To sum it up, my process with this guy showed me that he is just a great human being out here making the real estate business look amazing. When you add high moral and ethical values into a business, you cant fail.

Honest, Dependable, and Trustworthy. If you are looking for a real estate agent in Denver metro, stop reading and call Jeff right now. I absolutely cannot recommend Abode enough. I first met Jeff Summerhill about 5 years ago when I decided to buy my first condo in Denver. I was young and naive about real estate in Denver and Jeff was incredibly patient and well-informed about the process and the market. It was all very collaborative and he never wasted my time showing me places that weren't a good fit and he never tried to push me into a place just to close a deal and collect a check. I found a perfect fit for what I needed and Jeff patiently helped me through the offer and closing process. 5 years down the road, circumstances came up and I decided to sell my condo and, without hesitation, I called Jeff for advice. The market was hot and Jeff dropped everything to help get the condo listed within a week, with an open house the first weekend. There were some repairs that needed to be done to the unit and Jeff took it upon himself to find a handyman and get the repairs done without ANY work on my part. Full price offer that first weekend! Jeff took care of the paperwork, was incredibly helpful and responsive when anything needed a second look, and made sure everything closed quickly and cleanly. Any issues and Jeff was on it immediately, communicating with the title company, my HOA, and the buyer's realtor. I barely lifted a finger, except to sign the closing documents. I will absolutely be calling Jeff again. 10/10 service. 10/10 incredible value.

Jeff and his wife recently helped me with a second home sale in the Denver area in the last 3 years. In a highly competitive market of realtors Jeff understands that his attention to client service and putting in the extra effort are the best ways to distinguish his firm from the pack. Not only was Jeff's rate materially below the standard commission rate in the market, the amount of additional legwork done by Jeff outweighed what he charged many time over. My situation was very unique in that I was no longer living in Denver at the time I decided to liquidate my rental property. It was left a mess by my tenants and there was a ton of small repairs and updates that were needed to make it show ready. Rather than allow the bills to stack up by hiring an individual contractor to handle many of the tedious tasks such as lawn cleanup, painting, and even sprinkler system repair...Jeff made the time and effort, often at the expense of time with his wife and young children to do the work himself. In the process he saved me hundreds of dollars, weeks of time, endless headaches in trying to coordinate work, and most importantly giving me the assurance that everything was done to the quality I would want as an owner, given his close attention to detail. When the house was finally ready for showing after a couple of weeks of tireless work on his behalf, I was blown away by his commitment to sourcing the best offer. He managed to facilitate over 40 showings in one weekend and on Monday called me ready to review the pros and cons of the top 4 offers (out of the 8 we received). His knowledge of the sale process was integral to a rapid close, as he walked me through the pitfalls of pursuing just the highest dollar offer. In the end we received north of our asking price, with a lightning speed 10 day closing period. I cannot give enough praise to Jeff and his wife for their hard work, knowledge, dedication to service and plain old friendly nature. After two simple transactions, I think of Jeff as more of a friend than a realtor, and when it comes to real estate transactions he is the only person I would even consider calling when I am ready to sell my next property in Denver. Adode customer for life!
