I really wish I could leave zero stars. Google should make that a new option, because this company definitely deserves zero stars. My company rented a space in a building managed by Ai3 Properties for one of our employees to work remotely for us in Colorado. He ended up leaving us unexpectedly 4 months prior to the end of the lease. I told this Ai3 I wanted to pay off the lease and get a final inspection so that I wasn't responsible for a unit that was sitting empty. Do you know what they did? Completely ignored me. Then, when I called and emailed multiple times over a 1 month time period - enough to bug them, apparently - they rudely told me that I "still owed rent" and I needed to contact someone else to handle the final inspection. They acted like it wasn't their problem. You would think they never read any of my emails regarding the fact that I wanted to PAY ALL OF THE RENT LEFT ON THE LEASE AT ONCE. Seriously, though, avoid these guys. There are so many better landlord options out there. You don't need to sell yourself short and deal with this "company" (I feel bad even calling them a company...that name just brings to mind a certain amount of professionality...something Ai3 has never heard of in their entire existence).

We had our business at Ai3 for years. From day 1, the owner, Peter, was rude and condescending. Please look elsewhere for your rental needs. This isn't worth the trouble.

I will give no star if I could !!! This is a horrible place, business man do not come and have your business here , I guarantee you will regret after you sign a lease contract ！！！It is a big mess everywhere! Especially the one named Peter Charczenko very very rude and disrespect others（the tenant）！！！He just wants your money and do not do his work ！！！The location is convenient but should be managed by someone who is really in charge！！！ Otherwise this is kind of waste resource !

Don't come here to do your business horrible management ever I have seen after new staff comes in ! The manger is so mean to the tenant !!! They can do what ever they want to do even if you still have the lease agreement for at least 4 months. The list agent can break into your space with new tenants without any notice ahead to show your space to others ! We usually to talk about the next term lease a month ahead before the agreement ends. If you want earns someone's business you shouldn't do like this ! You are not the only option for someone wants to rent a space for business ! I definitely contact the person above manger to report this !!!
