Man I wasn't going to leave a review but I had to. I used trelora as a seller and buyer and both quit and left the company and passed me to someone else. After we listed on MLS we barely got any interest or showings. Come to find out there was no buyers commission for the buyers for my house so no agent wanted to show my house. Had to leave trelora it was a shady experience.

We just closed on selling our house in Lakewood, CO, using Trelora, and it was a great experience! From the initial visit by Parker Norwood to explain their process and discuss market pricing, through working with Faith Longtin during showings, bidding, and details after accepting a bid, the process was smooth and well-handled. We took their advice to price our home more conservatively, and we received 3 bids the first weekend of showings. Faith helped negotiate a final bid well above the list price. Trelora handled all the MLS listing, marketing, photography, and showing scheduling, while only charging 1%, instead of the 2.5-3% we would have paid a traditional buyer's realtor. I was skeptical at first, but am very glad we chose Trelora, and recommend you check them out before listing with another company.
