Alexi is fantastic! She's so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable- she's great at taking the time to explain the experience. I have done both Reiki and Tarot readings with her and have had such a great experience. I feel lighter and more grounded each time I go. Making these appointments a regular part of my self care routine.

I’ve been debating on writing this review for awhile now, I really wanted to like this place because I was looking for a counselor more on the “spiritual” aspect of things. I tried 3 counselors here and 2 of them just didn’t work for me, I had one session with 2 of them and they both just didn’t seem like a good fitThen I had couples counseling and she was giving us some great tips but included her personal life with our relationship too much. It was very unsettling be going through all of my insecurities and confusion in my relationship and then to hear her compare her life and say that she met someone while in her relationship that she feels she could be with him in another life time. That’s great, personally I don’t really want to know that stuff especially when I am struggling with past hurts of my partner not being faithful and pretty much telling me it’s ok to think about being happy with other people and it’s just natural. Maybe it is, I’m not sure but I don’t think it’s right to be involving your own life which she did many times. I kept having to tell her that our relationship may be similar in ways but very different. It still bothers me to this day and unfortunately won’t be going back to her or anybody else here. You’d think after having a rough session and my couselor seeing how upset I was she would at least check in but nope it’s been months now and I haven’t heard a word. I’ve had a bad experience and I just thought I would share for anyone else who might be in my shoes.

When trying to book an appointment, I reached out to ask for help in choosing a therapist. In the email response from the client relations manager, I was first given a few different options of therapists to choose from, and then at the end of the email they mentioned that the process was "different" for those covered by medicaid. I have medicaid, but I have been saving up to see a therapist of my choice. I went ahead and said I did have medicaid to see what that process would look like. The response to this was very disappointing, as it seems I was lead into disclosing this information and sharing some of the reasons why I am looking for therapy only to be told that I cannot be scheduled specially because I have medicaid. I was told that it is illegal for them to charge me the full rates if I have medicaid, so I can only assume that they don't want to offer any kind of discounted rates. Regardless of their reasoning, the way this was handled left me feeling more frustrated and alone in the process of finding a therapist than before. While I can't speak to any of the therapists at this practice, I would not at all recommend this place because of the insensitivity of management regarding this issue.
