I met Christian on chat and he has helped me from the beginning of when I started viewing rentals on your website. he was able to answer all of my questions and went over every aspect of the qualifications to setting up the tour request and answered all of my questions. He was very nice and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. he was awesome!!

I have been with Top Properties/Keyrenter Property Management for nearly 3 years. David was my property manager for the past few years and recently got a promotion (Yay for him!) However, he was always so responsive, the property managers are very friendly and are on top of any concern or question I may have. From the maintenance crew to my property manager they are so kind and caring. They always ensure good communication between me (the renter) and the owner of the property. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move to Denver or looking to rent within the city or wherever they have properties available. It's truly a great company!

AVOID! Keyrenter is a greedy, home owners first company. They will tell you whatever you want to hear, to convince you to rent the property and then back out on it later. Keep in mind “pets negotiable” means whatever the owners are comfortable with, but Keyrenter will lie and tell you it’s up for negotiation to get you in the rental. They took 2 months to get our deposit back and had the nerve to charge up for “touch ups”. They did a much more thorough inspection on our move out than on our move in and even missed that the property was never cleaned on our move in. I would never recommend renting from Keyrenter.
