I cannot say much about this property other than the fact that working with Justin from the office is a nightmare. I lived here back when it was RedPeak and I had my name forged on a lease that I was under the impression had ended. Now I am being told that I am still responsible for costs even though my signature was obtained illegally. Instead of working with me to remove myself from the lease, Justin has been unresponsive and unhelpful with a situation. Better off living somewhere else that has a bit more heart.

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I love living here! The location is amazing- right next to whole foods, convenience stores, king soopers, ace hardware, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Cheesman Park is only two or three blocks east, and walking through the park and the surrounding residential neighborhood has been one of the best joys of living here. Beautiful old houses line the streets of the neighborhood and little libraries are everywhere. Truly this is one of the best places I've ever lived in. With any apartment building, sometimes mail delivery is unorganized, but nothing has ever been stolen to my knowledge. The laundry room could use a few more machines, but I've never had any problems with getting my laundry done. Coinless laundry, package room, garage on site for your car for an additional fee, and free bike storage. The rent is very reasonable if not on the low end for the area and the quality of the apartment. The building has an old charm, and an amazing courtyard with views of the mountains in the distance. Yes, there are a few unhoused neighbors in the alley by the garage, but this is a city. They don't bother you and they're just trying to live their lives. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone! Truly a gem of a place to live.

After living at The Patrician for almost a year, I can say that I am both sad and glad to leave. Pros: - Location (Super close to King Soopers, restaurants, bus stops, Cheesman Park, etc.) - Size (The apartment itself is a good size and the bedrooms easily fit queen size beds and more- however, the walls are CRAZY thin) - Outdoor space (if you're lucky enough to get a unit with a balcony, the views are great. The courtyard with bbqs and a fire pit are also pretty nice) Cons: - Safety: Both of my bikes were stolen on the same day, from two separate locations within the building. One was locked with a U-lock out in the garage and the other was in the secure bike storage room. Cornerstone was able to give me footage of the thief entering the building, inside the storage room, and then leaving with my bike. But somehow they magically didn't have the footage of him "magically" getting access to the bike storage room they you need an access key for. Additionally, our next door neighbor has had the cops called on him before and I've seen him on multiple occasions out in the alley yelling at people. - The building: The front door to the building has been getting stuck for at least the last 3-4 months and they have had someone come to fix it twice. As of today, it STILL gets stuck and you have to yank on the door. Cornerstone tried to charge me and my roommate $150 for breaking the door because they have video of her yanking the door. EVERYONE has to yank the door to get it open because they won't fix it! Furthermore, they built a brand new package room so that our stuff wouldn't get stolen from the front, yet every day I come home there is at least one to two packages sitting outside the mailbox. WHY did they build the storage room if they aren't going to give delivery people access to it?! Long story short, this place is OK. A bit overpriced, but that's Denver for you nowadays. Cornerstone can be hit or miss to work with, depending on who your building manager is.
