        Scam artist seriously be aware they wont uphold there legal agreement unless it benefits them. They dodge you if you have a concern or problem. The owner wont respect you if you have a problem they will avoid you at all cost and close there shop so you cant go Directly to them instead of being ghosted. Seriously if you want a slum lord this is the spot if you want to not be taken advantage of and deposit kept for no reason and have to take them to court go ahead but I wish I did!

        We have rented through Colbalt for two years. After decades of renting, Josh and Colbalt have been the best property management company, hands down! Anytime there has been a maintenance issue, they show up immediately and without hesitation. We like this company so much that we will not be renting from anybody else until we buy a home!
