This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY that I've ever dealt with. To keep it short and to the point. If You're Homeless, on Disability, and UNEDUCATED on the Benefits that You have APPLIED. Don't lease from Company. Mr Devin (owner) Received my Benefits B4 Me( Section 8), Program Legacy Properties are apart of (Aurora Housing). The Company STOLEN my ACP/LIFELINE Benefits, NED/MS5 VOUCHERS, and applied them elsewhere. It took me over an year to find out my IDENTITY WAS STOLEN YET AGAIN.. NATIONAL VERIFIER advised me, Shut it ALL DOWNI HAVE TO START OVER, BUT I ALSO FILLED WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION...

Owner and Tenants beware. Substandard presentation and hidden fees caused us to not use this company to manage our rental. We objected to their attempt to slip in an "optional" Resident Benefits Package (RBP) fee levied on tenants. A complete farce under the guise of a benefit package only portends dishonesty and abuse of those needing a place to rent.
You do NOT have to pay an extra $35/mo for air filters, credit building, tenant rewards, etc... Refuse this added fee if you find yourself with a Legacy Properties lease.

I have used Legacy PM for over seven years and found them not only easy to deal with, but also very responsive to both my needs as an owner and the needs of their tenants.
