After a frustrating experience with another company I used Angis list and found Drain Right. They called immediately and had time same day to come out and do a complete replacement of our toilet. Great consultation and no BS trying to up sell me on something unnecessary. Kaleb was great and the toilet runs like a dream. Very reasonable quote. Thanks so much! Don't use this company! I had Angies List send me a list of plumbers and this company was on the list as a preferred company to use. They called me shortly after I submitted for a quote and ended up coming to my home the same day. After writing up my quote they tried to charge me $50 for a free estimate. I called to speak with someone at the office and the man that answered the phone was very rude, telling me that it was a waste of their time and wanting me to pay for the gas and their time. This is poor business and I definitely wont be using them for my plumbing needs. Don't use this company!
