Exceptional quality, tag will last the lifetime of the pet. I only wish they came in a wider width for bigger collars. As long as the collar is 1" wide they work great

You never know how good a store is till you need Customer Service. With online business all you can really say is "I got X and it was great", when X is the same at every store really. I have dealt with plenty of stores on a customer service level and for the most part most are good, some are horrible, and very few are exceptional. This is a company with exceptional customer service and as a result I would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a Bobbing Bird W/ Perch from this site 9/2018. It Only cost about $4, so I decided to order to bird seed and a mirror toy as well to make the order worth while. A week later I receive only two of the three items ordered and of course it was the one item the order was made for; the Bobbing Bird W/ Perch. I send an email to customer service who responds, who thank you for reaching out to us, had you not done so, we would not have caught the error. (Yeah, not sounding like professional service) Now, a few days later I get an email from this vendor, refunding me a partial refund. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR. I FAILED TO CHECK THE REVIEWS BEFORE DOING SO. THERE ARE MANY OTHER COMPLAINTS LIKE MY OWN.

I ordered a Hermit Crab Tank. What came in the mail was the kit and not the tank! The picture had the tank. I payed 27 dollars for it! To not get the tank! Misleading pictures! I'd rather buy one at my pet store. At least I know I'm going to get the real thing there.
