        I’ve been training here for a couple of months. I’m a 65 year old man that’s been out of shape for many years. I am slowly getting back in shape, I like the training sessions because the program uses all parts of my body to tone and build strength. The trainers are excellent, personable and follow a plan that is set up for me. I highly recommend that if you are looking for an alternative gym experience that you try this!
