I would like to tell you about my recent visit to PIP and how my experience was at your office. I came to my grandchildren’s well check-ups (ages 4 and 9 months) to help my daughter -in-law, as needed, during the visit. It had been approx. 12 years since coming to a well visit at PIP. We were greeted so warmly by your office staff, we felt like royalty. I had a chance to interact with your office managers, Jane Gwin and Pam Klibbe, as well as your Human Resource director, Terry Rubin. They were all wonderful and treated us just like old friends!!! The medical assistances were terrific with the children and made them feel so at ease, the baby didn’t even cry when she had her shots! The real treat was watching Dr. Jerry Rubin at work. He is amazing!!! So kind, thorough and direct. I was amazed at how some things remained the same during the exam and how times had changed some of the questions that were asked. He treated our family with warmth and respect. Our entire family is sooooo grateful to be a part of The PIP family. We are so appreciative of all of you and for all that you do to keep our family healthy and happy. Thank you for being the most incredible practice EVER!!!! Linny Pretekin.
