The machine for paying at this garage is always broken. That's ok. You can just unscrew the car gate to get out when the management company and building security don't do their job.

For unknown reason, the machine can't read my ticket, so I can't pay it and weren't able to get my car out. As it was weekend, no employee was working. The contact phone number on the paying machine is not registered. I wasted half hour on the machine but got nothing. Finally, a nice guy got a new ticket for me and helped me get my car out. This is really an exhausting experience and won't park here again.

On 5/22/18 I made the mistake of parking here. Upon trying to leave the garage (around 8:00pm), the machine took my ticket but then refused the payment card. We contacted security via the call button on the gate only to be met by an extremely rude employee who accused us of lying about paying and ordered us to pay the $40 lost ticket fee. Exhausted, we complied and received a new ticket. The machine rejected that $40 ticket as well. The aforementioned employee again accused us of lying. This ordeal took well over an hour as my brother and I begged and pleaded to be let out of the garage. Finally, the guard and a more helpful coworker permitted us to leave the garage and lifted the gate for us. We were told that we would receive a bill for the parking fee unless security camera footage proved that we did infact pay. If you review the footage you will see that we paid your garage multiple times and were subjected to needless scrutiny and were spoken to pedantically and with great disrespect. I can not in good conscience recommend this garage to anyone seeking a normal professional experience.
