Colorado Joint Replacement

I went in after a serious accident/injury and I am in severe pain. I will require surgery but no one at the practice addressed my pain issues. No braces were offered and I left my appointment very frustrated because I have to wait a few weeks for surgery and suffer greatly until my surgery. My provider agrees that I need surgery but no one wants to prescribe medication to help deal with the pain and not even a brace was offered. If a patient has a serious issue then pain medication or a least a brace should be offered to help the patient deal with the pain until surgery. Not everyone is shopping for opioids. Sometimes pain is real and should be addressed. Especially when the doctor agrees that the patient is in bad shape and requires surgery.

Dr. Yang saved my life. I was in a wheelchair for 2yrs because of my hips, my pain levels were sky high, and that mentally took a toll for me being 22yrs old. No one would help me but Dr. Yang did and now I'm pain free, living my life to the very fullest. Both of my hips are replaced by him and words alone cannot explain how thankful I am for him and his team. They're all beyond amazing.

Dr Miner made both of my knee replacement surgeries, a very pleasant experience. Of course I experienced a good amount of pain during my recovery. The doctor in charge of pain management, on Dr Miner's team, got me to where I was able to tolerate the pain comfortably. Dr. Miner and his team were very attentive, and made sure that every need was met. I came home to equipment to aide in my recovery. A bench to sit on while I take showers, and a portable toilet. Came in very handy the first few days at home. Also was given a handicapped parking permit. My meds were all called in. They even set up my in home therapy. I recommend Dr. Miner at Porter Hospital to anyone needing surgery. He's very caring and excellent at what he does. My scar on both knees is hardly noticeable. I hope I never need joint replacement any where else on my body. If so, I would only go to Dr. Miner. I trust him and his team.

Dr Jennings is personable, great listener, and gave me a place to begin to address my hip problem. Excellent staff.

Thoughtful. Thorough. Compassionate. Extremely knowledgeable and can explain in lay-terms. And really nice people. You guys rock.
