        We booked an office space for 3 days- my boss got covid and they told us over the phone and via email we wouldnt be charged for cancelling. They charged us anyways and when we showed them the emails confirming we wouldnt be charged they ignored them. Havent had a worse experience booking an office space.

        Billing is a nightmare. Spaces are nice. The backend is challenging.

        The space is perfect for us. We have access to any kind of room (conference, co-working, etc) that we need. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and more than willing to help!
