Overall a very unpleasant experience, the sonographer was irritated and overwhelmed behind having to relocate I guess. During the 45 minute long ultrasound not once did she bother to let me hear my sons heartbeat. She didnt explain anything she was observing ,she barely snapped a picture of my sons face. I understand its not glamour shots but come on lady Im 20 weeks pregnant? can I get a decent picture of my unborn baby instead of pics of random body parts. She had such an attitude and was so impersonal about the whole thing. Ive known since early on that hes a boy due to a blood test and ultrasound but today instead of just simply typing, boy, she wrote sex to describe what we were looking at. Didnt even have the decency to put my name on the actual sonogram. She made me feel like there was a reason to be worried, so I was a nervous wreck while I waited for the doctor to come in to go over the images with me just for the Doc to come in for literally less than two minutes. Tell me that Im having a beautiful baby and to go celebrate. The entire thing just left me feeling uneasy and now I must find another doctor that can give me peace of mind.

I really loved having Dr Bunjers help with my gestational diabetes. She was so great to work with and really took time to ask and check in on my pregnancy as a whole. Highly recommend her.

This is my first pregnancy I went for my anatomy scan and was told very clearly I would be told I would receive an email so I would be able to see the images that were taken. Upon calling multiple times I was told they have no clue what Im talking about and that they dont send the photos in email but to get on some app. I then downloaded the app and while searching my name I get nothing I then call customer service for the app and was told that in fact the health care provider should of provided me with a link through email so I can set up an account so I can see the images. A very exciting moment seeing my baby and being told I would be able to see all the images just for it to all be thrown down the drain very disappointing.

Went to this appointment very excited to find out our baby's gender. Once we got to the appointment we asked if my kids and husband could come in to the appointment, the lady said yes.... we were ready for the ultrasound and asked if it was okay to record, to my surprise the lady said it was not okay.... she ruined our moment

My experience with this practice has been great! All of the providers are caring and communicate with each other about my care.
