    Horrible... can't get through on the phone, they put you on hold & never pick up. This has happened several times. Frustrating... horrible experience.

    This is the absolute worst medical practice I have ever been a patient of. I have been a patient of Dr. Moons since October - from the get go it seemed like he didnt want to believe me. I sent my medical records over, and double checked the office had them before my appt and they confirmed they did. Day of my first appointment, he blames me for not making sure my records were sent over and then doesnt believe me when I am telling him about my results from my previous doctor. It took him several months to believe me, it wasnt until my symptoms progressed he took me seriously. I never felt he really was that interested in helping me or caring to spend the time with me to figure out what I was going through because it wasnt a straight forward diagnosis. I have never experienced a doctor with such horrible bedside manner and its left me at my absolute end and feeling powerless. I have found myself in several emergent situations and not hearing for DAYS from this office - which to me borders medical negligence. Over the holidays they forgot to turn on their on call answering service, and had to wait 5 days to hear from a doctor even though I was in the hospital. Another time I was having a horrible reaction to the IVIG, and was told they would call me in prednisone over the weekend..it was never called in and had to call an on call doctor later. As other reviewers have mentioned, the front office staff is the absolute worst. It usually takes me days to try to schedule an appointment because they NEVER answer the phone. I also was told by a front desk member that they dont check their voicemail and wont respond to it. This office is so disorganized and never sends referrals, medications etc. without me calling them several times to ensure its been done.

    As others have commented, the front office is HORRIBLE! You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Ive waited on hold for 20+ minutes to be ultimately hung up on. Do not bother leaving a message. No one will call you back. Katie Nading is amazing as a provider. Its too bad the office itself is so inept.

    Updated Edit: It seems like theyve hired new front office staff. Much friendlier and responsive. Im happy since I really like seeing Jordan Mast and my problem was never with him. DONT go here. No problem with the actual clinic visits. The one star is because they never answer the phone. They dont return voicemails. They dont respond to the patient portal messages. Finally spoke to someone but it was after hours. She said she couldnt help and hung up on me.
