AAction Movers

We used AAction Movers for an office move from downtown to the west side. It was a multi-truck move to various locations. They were upfront on pricing and worked with us through required last minute changes on our end. On moving day, they were waiting outside our offices at the agreed-upon time ready to move us. We had no issues with broken or damaged items. Overall, they did a great job, and I would recommend their services.

NO SHOW and ghosting me - I got a quote from these guys in May 2021 for my cross country move in July 2021. Got the quote locked in, spoke with Chad several times to ensure that everything was in place, including the week of the move. They called me on my move date 30 minutes before their scheduled arrival time to say they couldn't move me because I had "slipped through the cracks." I have never heard from them again. I had to pay a lot more to get moved by another mover on short notice.

Have not used this moving company but was cussed out by one of their employees at my place of residence for trying to help them. After getting cussed at I took a photo of the companies name and the same employee ran after me cussing and threatening me for taking a photo of the companies name. She said go ahead and call she was the manager. I had to take cover in my leasing office and was not safe in my own place of residence nor could use the elevators because they were taking up both main non service elevators. I know who not to call for my next moving services.
