I was hesitant to use a moving company after my last experience. This company proved me wrong. Joe and Josh were 2 of the most professional and efficient guys that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was quoted 4 hours to move my house and they were able to get it done in less time than that. Before they moved any of my items they made sure to wrap everything so that nothing got damaged. If you are looking for a reasonably priced and family owned company, I would recommend then to anyone!!!! Good Job Redemption!!!! Keep up the good work!

I would Recommend this company to anyone! Joe and Josh did an amazing job! The office staff helped me with everything along the way and put me at ease when using a moving company. I would recommend them to anyone! Great Job Redemption keep up the good work!!!!!

The company is shutting down. Don't bother to call them. We filed a claim a month ago and never got any reply. So they knew they were going to close and decided if they don't respond they won't have to pay for any damage. Josh never returned my emails or calls. Ashley is no longer with the company. So much for the name "Redemption" and for their voice message that says "have a blessed day." This behavior and lack of professionalism will come back to bite them, or maybe it already has with them shutting down their business. Since no response in 2 months I filed a claim with their Insurance Company and the Public Utilities Commission. Again, do not call or contact this company if you need a move. I also was informed their Insurance Policy has been cancelled.
